Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about CaseLink, approved dealer access, and the workflow behind the table.

What is CaseLink?

CaseLink is dealer-first software for sports card dealers working card shows. The current release focuses on show inventory, collector offers, holds, sales tracking, public show portals, and post-show cleanup.

Who is CaseLink built for?

CaseLink is designed for sports card dealers who bring inventory to card shows and want a cleaner dealer workflow. It can fit solo dealers and small show setups that need to keep show-day work organized. Dealer access is reviewed manually and is not guaranteed.

Is CaseLink a marketplace?

No. CaseLink is not a marketplace-first product. Collector-facing tools can help collectors browse dealer-published show inventory and send collector offers where supported, while dealer workflows stay at the center.

What dealer workflows is CaseLink focused on?

CaseLink is focused on card show inventory management, collector offers, holds, sales tracking, labels, public show portals, exports, and post-show cleanup. The goal is to keep the show workflow connected without exposing dealer-private context.

Can collectors see private dealer data?

No. Collector-facing parts are designed to show dealer-published inventory and contact context only. Private dealer notes, costs, minimums, and internal workflow details should stay inside dealer tools.

How does CaseLink help with card show inventory management?

CaseLink helps dealers think through which cards are going to a show, where they sit in the case, and what status each card has during the event. The show inventory workflow is being built to reduce scattered sheets, photos, and notes.

Can CaseLink help dealers track collector offers and holds?

Yes. CaseLink is being built around collector offers and holds so dealers can keep interest tied to the card instead of buried in DMs or memory. The focus is a clear review flow for offers, counters, held cards, and sale decisions.

How does CaseLink support show-day sales tracking?

CaseLink is focused on show-day sales tracking that stays connected to the active card and case. It is being designed so dealers can record sales context during the show and use it later for cleanup and review.

What happens after a card show ends?

Post-show cleanup is part of the dealer workflow CaseLink is being built around. The goal is to help dealers review sold, held, and remaining cards, then prepare cleaner follow-up and exports after the show.

Can collectors use CaseLink too?

CaseLink is dealer-first, but collectors can use collector-facing parts where supported by a dealer or show. Those views are designed around dealer-published inventory, saved cards, and collector offers, not private dealer data.

How do I find card shows near me?

Use the Discover map at getcaselink.com/discover. It lists more than 2,000 upcoming card shows with dates, venue, and address, and you can filter by date, region, and show type — or tap Near me to sort everything by distance. Browsing is free and needs no account.

Do I need a CaseLink account to browse the show directory?

No. The Discover map and the show pages are open to everyone, no sign-in required. Accounts are currently part of the closed dealer beta.

Where does the show data on Discover come from?

We aggregate listings from public sources, then deduplicate and geocode them. Map pins only appear where we have a verified venue position, and every event page reminds you to confirm dates with the organizer, because schedules can change.
